The food and beverage scene in “do or die” Bed-Stuy has come a long way. Although some parts are still rough around the edges, this historic neighborhood (known for its proud community of African-American homeowners, beautiful brownstones and churches, and the bustling Fulton Street business corridor) is evolving, and more than a few new bars have opened. Here are six of the area’s most popular watering holes.
