Our family business started over at Europa restaurant in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. For over 15 years, the Alaimo family has believed that one of the best ways to experience another country’s culture and traditions is through its food. Europa’s customers are the top priority and they love our Pizza. We will always believe the secret to good pizza is in the dough and as such have perfected our dough recipe through years of trial and error and combined with our hand-made mozzarella, proudly prepare each pizza with the belief that ours is the best in Brooklyn.
Piesmith will aim to deliver the same high quality, artisanal pizza to our neighbors who prefer their pizza in a low pressure, fast, casual environment. Piesmith’s pies are assembled to order and baked in a custom built rotating oven that is always burning hot at 800 degrees. Because at Piesmith we believe, why order a pizza, when you can build one?
