Yanikae, Darius, and Audrey were awesome… THe restaurant (friendly bartender and wait staff) was elegant, the food was good, and the vibe was great. They treated us like family, but not too familiar!!! If you know what I mean. They also had my car waiting on me, on time to go to the airport in the morning with a delish muffin waiting on me as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the BK.. I arrived on a Monday evening for one night. First we had to wait 45 min on the sidewalk due to a truck blocking the entry. When we entered the room it was a muggy smell in there and the air conditioner did not work. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty as well the closet inside. We called the frontdesk and they transfered us after one hour in a different room. In the new room the TV did not work. We placed a card as it was explained to us at the door knob to request breakfast the next day on time. The next day we did not receive any breakfast. When we called the frondesk Nicole Mc Lean (General Manager) answered and said maybe we did not place the card on the door knob. I booked throu Expedia when i contact them they explained to me that the hotel not suppouse to take a $250 deposit from me as well. Overall it was a horrible experience. General Manager is not capable of her position. I would advice nobody to go there.
