Brooklyn has great restaurants and bars in abundance, but there’s more to life than eating and drinking. Whether you’re on a date or trying to meet that special someone, it’s nice to have something to do other than stuff food in your face. Fortunately, there’s a lot to do in our crazy corner of New York. Following are some creative ideas for your next date night. (And don’t worry — food and drink are still an option at many of them.)
Mini-golf at Brooklyn Night Bazaar (Greenpoint)
The Bazaar has just about everything, including food, drinks, live music, shopping, arcade games, and ping pong. The warehouse market also has a handmade black light mini-golf area, perfect for a fun casual game. In addition to the black lights and disco ball, the nine-hole course is decorated with life-size cardboard cut outs of Beavis and Butthead, Marilyn Monroe, Popeye, a zebra, Fabio, and more. A game is $5 per person.
